I Can't Believe We Rode the Giant Dipper at Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk

We got out of the 107 degree heat by heading to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk.  We spent the day with my cousins and their mom.  What a great weekend.  We rode several rides, including the World Famous Giant Dipper Rollercoaster.  It is the 5th oldest rollercoaster in the world.  We had a wonderful dinner on the pier, saw an awesome sunset.  Sunday was even better with a pre-sunrise visit to a lighthouse and beach.  We went to Mass at Holy Cross Church, which.  Did you know that Santa Cruz means Holy Cross.  We visited the Santa Cruz Mission and the Santa Cruz Surfing Museum before heading home.
