Sunrise always follows it's setting

As the day of Grandma Elliott's passing draws to a close, we all go forward with courage...faith...and love.

We all have complete and total faith that Grandma is with Jesus, Mary and all the Saints in the Kingdom of God!

Just as all mothers would do anything they could for their child...the Mother of our Lord played an amazing role in leading Grandma fully to Jesus and into his Church.

More details will come forth over the upcoming days, however, thanks to our Blessed Mother and prayers from family and friends, Grandma entered fully into the Church this May (the month of Mary), receiving her first Holy Eucharist. Grandma passed from this earthly life that we know, into eternal life and happiness, just minutes prior to the holy hour of 3 p.m. So...her quick journey to the Kingdom of God, most assuredly occurred during that 3 o'clock hour....thanks be to God.

Now, after all the prayers for her, we lovingly, and respectively ask Grandma to pray for us, her many children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great - great grandchildren here on earth and already passed. Being there now...close to Him...we will all be blessed.

Tomorrow's Gospel reading is from the holy Gospel according to St. Mark: Jesus said to the crowds: "This is how it is with the kingdom of God; it is as if a man were to scatter seed on the land and would sleep and rise night and day and through it all the seed would sprout and grow; he knows not how. Of it's own accord the land yields fruit, first the blade, then the ear, Then the full grain in the ear. And when the grain is ripe, he wields the sickle at once, for the harvest has come."

Grandma Ila Elliott.... We Love You.
