Happy Mother's Day
God chose woman to be the bearer of life. May he bless all the women who are open to bringing life into the world, and to all those who have already done so. Happy Mother's day, especially to my Mom, Grandma, sisters in law, and other family and friends. May a special Mother's Day blessing be bestowed on the mother of my son: God Bless You, and thank you for being the mother of our son.

Strong Storms in SW Missouri
My thoughts and prayers for all those back home who endured Tornado weather Friday. I vividly remember to this date, a similar day in Springfield in the early 80's. Seeing debris flying over our house on Catalina Circle, and then later seeing the damage in Southern Hills, and especially near Battlefield Mall.
Here is a list of damage reports, provided by KY3 TV, to remind us the damage these storms can do.
Another report from KY3

Terrible Two's ???
My best friend asked me tonight if my son, Christopher, ever went through the terrible 2's. Christopher will be seven in August, and I remember how blessed I felt during his third year upon this earth.
I told her that he did not have anything even close to the terrible 2's, 3's, 4's, 5's, and now 6's!!!!!
As anyone who knows me, knows... I truly believe that Christopher was a miracle baby, and I count my blessings and thank God for him each and every day!
